September 21st, 2016
Mid-Atlantic Services is pleased to announce that it is under new management. John Haase is the new General Manager as a result of a buyout plan that was initiated in 2015. Founder and former president Mike Boyle retired on June 30 after 27 years at the helm. Terms of the agreement were not released.
Haase has been employed with Mid-Atlantic Services since 1995 and most recently served as the shop foreman. He leads a team that builds and repairs spraying equipment for use in a variety of applications.
Mike Boyle commented that John Haase is well qualified to take on this new position, saying, “John has extensive experience in this industry. He is proficient with the technology and he has an excellent rapport with our customers. I am confident that he will continue the Mid-Atlantic Services tradition of solving liquid handling challenges and meeting the high standards that our customers expect.”
When asked about his new role at Mid-Atlantic Services, Haase replied, “I am thrilled to manage a company with such a fine reputation. Mike Boyle did an excellent job of building a business and serving our customers. His knowledge and guidance are invaluable to me as I take this step. My goal is to grow the company and increase our product offerings, especially in the agricultural segment.”
